আমার প্রিয় সিজারিয়ান মা-বোনেরা, ডাক্তারের কথাগুলো সত্য বলে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে।

  

সেলাই অনেক আগের হলেও, অতিরিক্ত ভার বহন বা ক্লান্তি আপনার পুরনো সেলাই খুলে দিতে পারে বা র.ক্তপা.ত ঘটাতে পারে।

অনেকেই আগে বিষয়টা তেমন গুরুত্ব দেন না। যতক্ষণ না তাদের নিজের সাথে দূর্ঘটনা ঘটে।

এক বোনের হঠাৎ অস্বস্তি লাগলে পেটে হাত রাখলেন।

তারপর নাক ছুঁতেই দেখেন আঙুলে দুর্গন্ধ!

তিনি চিন্তা করে পাচ্ছিলেন না যে, এই দূর্গন্ধ কোথা থেকে এলো। অথচ তিনি শুধু পেট ছুঁয়েছেন।

পরে দেখেন সামান্য রক্ত আর পুঁজের মতো কিছু।

দুর্গন্ধ, জ্বালাপোড়া করা ও ব্যথার কারণ ছিল এটাই।

তিনি দ্রুত জায়গাটা পরিষ্কার করলেন, বিটাডিন লাগালেন এবং ডাক্তারের শরনাপন্ন হলেন।

আল্লাহর রহমতে তিনি তাড়াতাড়ি বুঝতে পেরেছিলেন এবং অনেকের মতো ভয়ানক কিছু হয়নি।

তাই আপনারা যারা সিজারিয়ান মা, তাদের উচিত—

ভারী জিনিস বহন না করা।

বারবার ক্লান্ত না হওয়া।

নিজের স্বাস্থ্যকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া।

কারণ এতে সেলাই খুলে যেতে পারে বা রক্তপাত হতে পারে, এটা সত্যি।

আল্লাহর শুকরিয়া ও কৃতজ্ঞতা যে, এই বোনের বড় কিছু হয়নি।  

সতর্ক থাকুন, সচেতন থাকুন। কারণ ছোট ভুল বড় বিপদ ডেকে আনতে পারে।

By the grace of God, she understood quickly and nothing terrible happened like many others.

Don't carry heavy things.

Don't get tired repeatedly.

Take care of your health.

Because it's true that stitches can come loose or bleeding can occur.

Thank God and gratitude that nothing major happened to this sister.
